Yes — every new account gets 20 free credits (1 credit = 1 image tagged). No card details are needed to sign up.

JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP and BMP, up to 50 MB per file. You can drop in hundreds of files at once — each upload becomes an album.

It's detected the moment you upload and rejected with a clear message — it never blocks the rest of your batch and never silently disappears. Valid files in the same batch upload and process normally.

Two ways to pay, both on the pricing page. Credit packs start at just a few dollars and never expire — buy once, use whenever. Or subscribe for $4.99 a month to get 1,000 credits each month plus the Unlimited Tagger and Image to prompt, which are subscriber-only. Nothing is charged automatically: a subscription is extended only when you choose to pay again.

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the credits appear in your balance and every request's status is visible on your account page.

Only AI tagging: 1 credit per image tagged, and 1 credit if you ask the AI to re-tag an image. Editing fields yourself, browsing albums and downloading CSVs are always free.

Credits are normally added within seconds. If a payment went through but your balance didn't update, check the order status on the Buy credits page, then email admin@stockphototags.com with your order reference and we'll sort it out or refund you.

Typically a few seconds per image. Processing runs in the background — you can watch live progress on the album page, or close the browser and come back later; it keeps going.

Every image is retried automatically up to 5 times. If it still fails, the image is clearly marked Failed with the reason, and you can retry it with one click using the Reprocess button. Images that end up with no tags are never billed.

Yes — every field (title, description, keywords, category) can be edited inline on the album page. Edits are free and saved instantly.

The export uses the common Filename / Title / Keywords / Category columns accepted by Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, iStock, Pond5, Dreamstime, Vecteezy, Freepik, 123RF and more.

Only you. Photos are stored against your account and every page and API call checks ownership before returning anything.

Passwords are stored using PBKDF2 hashing (never plain text), sign-in attempts are rate-limited, and every form is protected against cross-site request forgery. You can also sign in with Google or Microsoft so we never handle your password at all.

Yes — delete individual images or whole albums any time from the Albums page. Deletion is permanent.

Albums stay in your account for up to one year after the last image is added to them. After that, an album may be automatically removed to free up space — so download any CSVs you still need before then. Only small preview thumbnails and the metadata are stored; your original photos always live on your own device.
