Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

StockPhotoTags is operated by Webtulip (Kollam, Kerala, India), who is responsible for your data. For any privacy question, email admin@stockphototags.com.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name (if provided), and password — stored only as a secure hash.
• Content: the images and videos you upload, and the metadata we generate for them.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and technical logs (including IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. While you are signed in we keep a record of your activity on the site — the pages you open and the buttons and links you press, with the time, your IP address and your browser — so we can see how the Service is used, support you when something goes wrong, and spot misuse of an account. We record this only for signed-in members: if you are not signed in, your browsing here is not recorded against you. We do not use it for advertising, and it is never sold or shared for marketing. From the IP address we also work out an approximate location (city and country), using a location database kept on our own server, to spot suspicious sign-ins and help with support. Your IP address isn't sent to anyone to do this.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which collects your card details and billing country directly under its own privacy policy. From Dodo Payments we receive the email you paid with, what you bought, the amount, and Dodo Payments' customer, transaction and subscription references — never your full card number.

3. How we use it

• To provide and operate the Service, including generating metadata.
• To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
• To provide support and respond to your messages.
• To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers ("subprocessors") to run the Service:

• AI provider (OpenAI): your uploaded media is sent for analysis to generate metadata.
• Hosting provider: to run the Service and store your data.
• Dodo Payments (payments): to process purchases and subscriptions, calculate and collect tax, send receipts and handle billing support. Dodo Payments acts as the Merchant of Record for our orders.

We share data only as needed to provide the Service, and we do not sell your personal data.

5. International processing

Our providers may process data outside India (for example, in the United States). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

6. The browser tools (Unlimited Tagger and Unlimited Image to prompt)

The Unlimited Tagger and Unlimited Image to prompt are processed differently from credit-based tagging, and the distinction matters for your data:

• Images opened in either tool are not transmitted to us and are not sent to any third-party AI provider. They are analysed on your own device by software your browser downloads from us, and they are never written to our servers.
• Because we do not receive them, we cannot store, access, back up or recover them, and no album is created.
• What is recorded is how many images each batch processed and how many failed — and, if a tool cannot start on your device, the technical error it reported and which browser you were using — logged against your account so we can see how the tools are used and fix problems. When you download a CSV, from these tools or from an album, we also record which marketplace format you chose and how many rows it held. No image, filename or generated text is part of any of these records.
• When you download a CSV, the finished text — filenames, titles, descriptions, keywords and categories — is sent to us so it can be formatted into the layout you chose. It is used for that request only and is not retained.
• Ordinary technical data (your sign-in session, request logs) is handled as described elsewhere in this policy.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and content until you delete them or close your account. You can delete images from your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, email admin@stockphototags.com.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We don't use advertising trackers.

10. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including hashed passwords (PBKDF2) and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
