In short: we collect the minimum needed to run the Service — your account details, the media you upload, and basic usage logs. We send your uploads to our AI provider to generate metadata. We don't sell your data.

1. Who we are

StockPhotoTags is operated by Webtulip (Kollam, Kerala, India). For any privacy question, email admin@stockphototags.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: your email address, name (if provided), and password — stored only as a secure hash.
Content: the images and videos you upload, and the metadata we generate for them.
Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, and technical logs (including IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Payment data: handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation and a reference for a purchase — we do not receive or store your full card number.

3. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, including generating metadata.
To process payments and maintain your credit balance.
To provide support and respond to your messages.
To keep the Service secure and prevent abuse.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers ("subprocessors") to run the Service:

AI provider (OpenAI): your uploaded media is sent for analysis to generate metadata.
Hosting provider: to run the Service and store your data.
Payment provider: to process purchases.

We share data only as needed to provide the Service, and we do not sell your personal data.

5. International processing

Our providers may process data outside India (for example, in the United States). By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

6. The browser tools (Unlimited Tagger and Image to prompt)

The Unlimited Tagger and Image to prompt are processed differently from credit-based tagging, and the distinction matters for your data:

Images opened in either tool are not transmitted to us and are not sent to any third-party AI provider. They are analysed on your own device by software your browser downloads from us, and they are never written to our servers.
Because we do not receive them, we cannot store, access, back up or recover them, and no album or database record is created.
When you download a CSV, the finished text — filenames, titles, descriptions, keywords and categories — is sent to us so it can be formatted into the layout you chose. It is used for that request only and is not retained.
Ordinary technical data (your sign-in session, request logs) is handled as described elsewhere in this policy.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and content until you delete them or close your account. You can delete images from your account at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, email admin@stockphototags.com.

9. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We don't use advertising trackers.

10. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard measures, including hashed passwords (PBKDF2) and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
