Pricing FAQ
What counts as one credit?
One credit = one image AI-tagged (title, description, 50 keywords and category). Editing a field yourself or downloading a CSV does not consume credits.
How do I pay?
Online card payments are coming soon. In the meantime, choose a pack on the Buy credits page and email admin@webtulip.com to arrange payment — we'll add your credits right away.
Do credits really never expire?
Yes. Purchased credits stay on your account until you spend them. There is no monthly reset or lapse.
Can I get a refund?
If something goes wrong with a purchase — for example you paid but credits weren't added — contact us at admin@webtulip.com and we'll fix it or refund the payment.
Is there a subscription option?
No — and that's deliberate. One-time credit packs mean you only ever pay for what you actually tag. If you'd prefer a monthly plan, tell us on the contact page.
Do you support video tagging?
Not yet. StockPhotoTags is image-only today (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP, BMP). Video support is on the roadmap.
