Pricing FAQ
What counts as one credit?
One credit = one image or video AI-tagged (title, description, 50+ keywords and category). Editing a field yourself or downloading a CSV does not consume credits.
How do I pay?
Pick a credit pack on the Buy credits page and pay securely by card. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which also sends your receipt. Your credits are added automatically as soon as the payment clears.
Do credits really never expire?
Yes. Purchased credits stay on your account until you spend them. There is no monthly reset or lapse.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, and if something goes wrong (for example you paid but credits weren't added) email admin@stockphototags.com and we'll fix it or refund the payment. Credits already used aren't refundable. The details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do you support video tagging?
Yes. Upload MP4, MOV, WEBM and other common video files (up to 1,000 MB each) alongside your photos: each video gets a title, description, keywords and category, and costs 1 credit, the same as an image.
