Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: try before you buy with your free signup credits. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits already used to process media aren't refundable, because the AI processing has already been performed. The subscription can be cancelled anytime. Payments and refunds are handled by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

1. Free trial

Every new account gets complimentary credits so you can test the Service before paying. Please use them to make sure StockPhotoTags meets your needs.

2. Prepaid digital credits

Credits are a prepaid digital good, delivered to your account instantly on purchase. 1 credit processes 1 image or video.

3. Refunds on unused credits

If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund of any unused credits within fourteen (14) days of purchase. We'll refund the unused portion to your original payment method.

4. Used credits

Credits that have already been used to process media are non-refundable, because the AI analysis (which we pay for) has already been carried out on your behalf.

5. Incorrect or duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact us and we'll investigate and correct it promptly.

6. Subscriptions

Credit packs are one-time purchases and never renew. The monthly subscription renews automatically: your payment method is charged the monthly price at the start of each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Buy credits → Manage or cancel (or your Account page), or by emailing admin@stockphototags.com before your renewal date. Cancelling stops all future charges; you keep the subscription and its credits until the end of the month you've already paid for. We do not refund part-used months.

Credits already added to your balance are yours to keep if a subscription ends. Where the Unlimited Tagger and Unlimited Image to prompt are limited to subscribers, access to them stops.

7. If we discontinue the Service

In the unlikely event that we permanently discontinue StockPhotoTags, we will refund any unused credits you have purchased.

8. How to request a refund

Email admin@stockphototags.com from the address you paid with, including the order number from your Dodo Payments receipt and the reason. We aim to respond within one business day. Our orders are processed by our authorized reseller Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record, so approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. You can also contact Dodo Payments directly about a charge at customer.dodopayments.com.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, or your rights under Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms.
